With 10M users across 50 cities and 200,000 merchants, Magicpin enables local businesses to grow through marketing, promotions, and monetisation solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Revenue Leadership & Growth -1) Own and drive regional revenue targets across category such as food.2) Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall company revenue goals.3) Identify new revenue opportunities and drive monetisation of merchant partners.4) Monitor sales performance metrics and ensure achievement of regional KPIs.Team Management & Leadership -1) Build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams including Area Managers, Key Account Managers, and Business Development Associates.2) Set clear targets, monitor performance, and drive accountability across teams.3) Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular performance feedback to team members.4) Hire and onboard new team members to strengthen regional coverage.Business Development & Merchant Acquisition:1) Drive large-scale merchant acquisition and expand partner base across the region.2) Build strong relationships with key merchants, brands, and strategic partners.3) Ensure high merchant satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.4) Support teams in closing high-value and strategic deals.Operational Excellence :1) Oversee end-to-end sales lifecycle including acquisition, onboarding, monetisation, and collections.2) Track sales funnel, conversion metrics, and optimize sales processes.3) Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to improve merchant outcomes.4) Provide regular revenue forecasts, reports, and market insights to leadership.Market Expansion & Strategy :1) Identify new cities, zones, and market opportunities for expansion.2) Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.3) Develop action plans to strengthen Magicpin s market leadership in the region.
