Job Description
Job PurposeTo support the Strategic Alliances function by managing day-to-day coordination with alliance partners, assisting in business development initiatives, tracking performance, and ensuring smooth execution of alliance-driven distribution strategies within the Mutual Fund ecosystem.Key Responsibilities :Alliance Management & Support :- Assist in managing relationships with strategic alliance partners such as banks, national distributors, Wealth Counters, fintech platforms, and institutional partners.- Act as a point of contact for operational and business-related queries from alliance partners.- Support onboarding of new alliance partners, including documentation, coordination with internal teams, and system setup.Business Development Support :- Assist in execution of alliance-led business plans to drive AUM, SIPs, and investor acquisition.- Track sales performance, flows, and key KPIs of alliance partners on a regular basis.- Prepare MIS, dashboards, and performance reports for management review.Coordination & Execution : - Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Compliance, Product, and Marketing to ensure smooth execution of alliance initiatives.- Support roll-out of new schemes, NFOs, campaigns, and promotional activities through alliance channels.- Ensure timely resolution of partner issues related to transactions, commissions, and reporting.Market & Partner Insights :- Collect market intelligence, partner feedback, and competitive insights to support strategic decision-making.- Assist senior management in preparing presentations, proposals, and business reviews for alliance partners.Key Skills & Competencies :Functional Skills :- Understanding of Mutual Fund products, SIF, distribution channels, and regulatory environment- Knowledge of AUM, SIPs, TER, commissions, and distributor onboarding processes- Strong MIS and reporting skills (Excel, PowerPoint)Behavioral Skills- Strong communication and coordination skills- Relationship management and stakeholder handling- Attention to detail and execution-focused mindset- Willingness to learn and take ownershipEducational Qualifications- Graduate in Commerce / Business / Finance- MBA Finance preferred but not mandatoryDesired Profile- Prior experience in AMC, distributor, bank, or fintech platform preferred- Exposure to alliance or channel sales is an advantage- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment (ref:updazz.com)
