Business Development Manager (BDM) - Recruitment / StaffingJob Summary:We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships for our recruitment services. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure successful hiring outcomes.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities in target markets- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, HR leaders, and decision-makers- Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable recruitment solutions- Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure- Work closely with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure quality service delivery- Develop account growth strategies and manage existing client portfolios- Track market trends, competitor activity, and hiring demands- Meet and exceed revenue and business targets- Prepare proposals, contracts, and pricing negotiations- Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline trackingRequired Skills & Competencies:- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills- Excellent communication and presentation abilities- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships- Strong understanding of recruitment/staffing business models- Strategic thinking with a revenue-focused mindset- Ability to work in a target-driven environment- Good market research and lead generation skills- Problem-solving and solution-selling capabilities (ref:updazz.com)
