Our commitment to quality craftsmanship, innovative design, and exceptional client service has established us as a trusted name in the industry.Role Overview :As a Sales Consultant at Nestopia Interior, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through our design process and converting leads into successful projects. You will collaborate closely with our design team, project managers, and marketing team to ensure a seamless client experience. Your ability to understand client needs, present compelling design solutions, and close deals will directly contribute to the growth and success of Nestopia Interior.Key Responsibilities :- Qualify leads and conduct initial consultations to understand client requirements, budget, and design preferences.- Develop and present tailored design proposals that align with client needs and showcase Nestopia Interior s capabilities.- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns.- Collaborate with the design team to create accurate project scopes, timelines, and cost estimates.- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.- Track sales activities, manage pipeline, and provide regular reports to management.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, design innovations, and competitor offerings to effectively position Nestopia Interior in the market.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve revenue targets in the interior design industry.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.- Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction processes.- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Bachelor s degree in Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Interior Design Sales.
