Job description:Business Objective of the Role:This role is critical to drive franchise expansion and cross-selling opportunities through a centralized vertical, helping scale the business footprint and maximize revenue opportunities.Job Overview:We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager Franchise Sales to drive business expansion through franchise development and new client acquisition. The role focuses on identifying potential franchise partners, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets while enabling cross-selling through a centralized vertical structure.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, develop, and pursue new franchise and business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.- Generate leads and onboard new franchise partners across target markets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchisees and existing clients.- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence.- Conduct market research to identify potential franchise locations, competitor activities, and customer demand.- Deliver presentations, proposals, and franchise investment discussions to potential partners.- Negotiate franchise agreements and close deals effectively.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and franchise pipeline in CRM systems.- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.- Working days : 6 days from office- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
