-The analyst will also be responsible for providing operational support for marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and generating reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
-This position directly contributes to enhancing Buxton Consulting s brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting business development activities.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, informing the development of effective marketing strategies.- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, and events, to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales and consulting teams, to align marketing activities with business objectives and support business development initiatives.- Manage and maintain marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for effective targeting and segmentation.- Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and website content, to support marketing campaigns and business development efforts.- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including webinars, conferences, and industry events, to promote Buxton Consulting s services and expertise.Required Skillset:- Demonstrable ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.- Proven ability to support the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, and events.- Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to track and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing analyst or similar role.
