This role involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the IT services industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role directly impacts the company s revenue growth and market expansion.Key Responsibilities :- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities to expand the company s client base.- Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing ToXSL Technologies capabilities and value proposition.- Manage and maintain a CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.- Participate in online bidding platforms like Upwork to identify and secure new projects, expanding the company s reach and revenue streams.- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets to inform business strategy.- Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and requirements, ensuring client satisfaction.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships and generate repeat business.Required Skillset :- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals in the IT services industry.- Proficient in using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and track client interactions.- Strong understanding of presales activities, including proposal writing, presentations, and client relationship management.- Experience with online bidding platforms like Upwork and a proven track record of securing projects.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify business opportunities and inform strategic decisions.- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
