Job Description :Key Account Manager for Architects : Key Responsibilities :Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key architects, interior designers, firms, builders, and contractors to position the company as a trusted partner.Pre-Sales Lead Generation: Identify and engage high-potential architects and interior firms; conduct initial meetings to brief them on the company overview and product portfolio, generating qualified pre-sales leads.Sales Handoff Coordination: Facilitate seamless handoff to the sales team for second meetings, providing all necessary briefing notes and ensuring technical details are covered effectively.Project Pipeline Tracking: Monitor upcoming construction and interior projects, track progress from specification to completion, and support order securing through collaboration with sales.Marketing Support: Collaborate on targeted marketing initiatives to architects and interior firms to boost lead generation.Target Achievement: Contribute to sales growth by delivering pre-sales leads, supporting account profitability, and helping achieve revenue targets.Requirements:- 4 years in sales/account management, preferably in construction, interiors, or architecture sectors.- Proven track record in lead generation and relationship management.- Strong communication skills; ability to present company/products confidently.- Knowledge of building materials/interior solutions is a plus.- Bachelor s degree; MBA preferred.- Based in Delhi or willing to travel in Delhi/NCR.
