Executive - Field Sales - Real Estate (0-4 Yrs) Mumbai/Delhi NCR (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Real Estate Executive to support our retail expansion . You will be on the ground identifying and evaluating new store locations across high streets, malls, and mixed-use developments, playing a key role in fueling our growth in one of India s most dynamic retail markets.Key Responsibilities- Scout and shortlist potential retail sites- covering high streets (Connaught Place, Khan Market, Saket, Rajouri Garden, etc.), malls, and mixed-use developments- Conduct preliminary site assessments including footfall analysis, catchment profiling, visibility, accessibility, and competition mapping- Build and maintain relationships with property brokers, mall leasing teams, and landlords to develop a strong site pipeline- Coordinate site visits and prepare location evaluation reports for internal review- Assist in negotiating commercial terms including rent, fit-out contributions, and lease tenure in coordination with senior team members- Track market trends, new mall developments, and competitive store openings across the region- Maintain an updated database of properties scouted, under negotiation, and signed- Liaise with internal teams (legal, finance, projects) to ensure smooth site onboarding post-approvalWhat We re Looking For :- 0-3 years of experience in retail real estate, site acquisition, or a related field (freshers with strong interest in real estate are welcome)- Familiarity with retail real estate landscape - key high streets, malls, and upcoming micro-markets- Strong on-ground hustle with willingness to travel extensively within the region- Good communication and negotiation skills- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations- A structured, data-driven approach to evaluating locationsGood to Have :- Prior exposure to a retail brand, property consultancy, or mall leasing team- Understanding of retail lease structures and key commercial terms- Existing broker/landlord network Benefits:- Health insurance- Paid sick timeWork Location: In person (ref:updazz.com)
