Relationship Manager - Sales - Bank (1-8 Yrs) Mumbai/Ahmedabad/Karnal (BFSI Sales)

Role Overview : As a Relationship Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new corporate clients and managing a portfolio of existing relationships within the Mumbai/Ahmedabad/Karnal region. You will work with the Corporate Banking Group (CBG) to identify and capitalize on opportunities to offer our suite of financial solutions, including bill discounting and invoice discounting, to meet the unique needs of each client. Your success will directly impact the company s revenue growth and market share expansion.Key Responsibilities :- Acquire new corporate clients (both MSME and large corporate) through proactive sales efforts, networking, and targeted marketing campaigns, contributing to the expansion of our client base.- Generate revenue through new customer acquisition and relationship management- Identify and prospect potential clients through networking, research, and direct outreach- Plan and execute sales strategies for assigned territories- Work closely with product, operations, and service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service deliveryRequired Skillset :- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.- Proven track record in corporate sales, with a focus on acquiring new clients and managing a portfolio of existing relationships.- Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly bill discounting, invoice discounting, and other wholesale banking solutions.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.- Adaptable to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, demonstrating resilience and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
