Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations into product failures or customer complaints utilizing approaches like 8D, 5-Why, or Fishbone Analysis. Inspection and Testing: Create sampling strategies and inspection procedures for incoming raw materials, components used during production, and final products. Supplier Quality: Verify that outsourced components fulfill the company 's quality standards by auditing and assessing supplier performance. Continuous Improvement: Support Lean Six Sigma initiatives to maximize industrial efficiency and get rid of "Muda " waste. Manage the upkeep and calibration of precision measurement devices, such as CMMs, Vernier calipers, and micrometers.
