Responsibilities: Multi-Channel Talent Sourcing: Use open source databases, technical repositories, specialist job boards, and professional networking portals like Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn Recruiter to create and grow candidate pipelines. Deep Sourcing with Advanced Syntax: To find passive, highly qualified tech and non-tech talent profiles overlooked by traditional sorting, create exact Boolean search queries and X-ray search strings. Technical and Behavioral Screening: Perform thorough first phone screenings and behavioral evaluations, examining candidate career milestones, technical proficiency levels, cultural fitness indices, and notice period limitations. Interview Workflow Management: Oversee the entire interview process, coordinating schedules between technical department heads and shortlisted candidates while guaranteeing a productive candidate feedback loop. Job Market Analysis & Mapping: Provide recruiting managers with data-driven market maps to calibrate open profile descriptions by analyzing regional talent landscapes and compensation realities. Skills: Advanced Sourcing Platform Competency: Expertise in premium recruiter seat architectures, with a track record of evaluating profile strengths, creating outreach templates that generate a lot of responses, and creating long-lasting passive talent communities. Active Screening & Profile Diagnostics: Outstanding analytical screening reflexes to promptly identify structural resume irregularities, assess actual skill depths, and extract sincere reasons for employment changes.
