As a Paintshop Maintenance Analyst to Join Our Team Job Description Duties: Robotic Spraying & Electrostatic Care: Maintain accurate fluid flow rates, shaping air pressure, and high-voltage cascade lines by servicing, calibrating, and troubleshooting high-speed electrostatic bell atomizers and multi-axis paint application robots (FANUC, ABB, or KUKA). Chemical Circulating Loop & Fluid Handling: To ensure smooth paint flow free from pressure spikes and shear damage, maintain continuous fluid loops, air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pumps, and variable-frequency driven (VFD) centrifugal pumps. CED System & Rectifier Maintenance: To safeguard the electrical circuit of the electrodeposition tank, troubleshoot high-voltage DC rectifiers, continuous dialysis filtration loops, anode cells, and ultrafiltration (UF) separation cascades. Air Supply House & Cleanroom HVAC Optimization: Monitor differential pressure drops across HEPA air filtration racks to remove airborne dirt and maximize down-flow air speed while supervising high-capacity Air Supply Houses (ASH) and cleanroom ventilation arrays. Focus Skills: Mechatronics & Robotic System Fluency: The ability to program, backup, and repair fluid control boards, electrostatic bell hardware, and industrial robot mechanical modules. Fluid Mechanics & Industrial Automation Proficiency: Excellent working understanding of multi-stage pump mechanics, variable speed drives, proportional fluid controllers, and pneumatic diagrams. PLC Logic Interpretation and Troubleshooting: Strong ability to connect programming terminals straight to active PLC lines, as well as the ability to decipher ladder diagrams and functional block instructions to identify malfunctioning field switches or sensor inputs. Oven Combustion & Thermal Engineering Fundamentals: A solid grasp of temperature control loops, exhaust draft physics, combustion safety devices, and gas burner management sequences.
