Lead Sales Executive Team Support & Deal Closures Job Description Our commercial division 's "Revenue Engine Architect " and "Client Acquisition Authority " are the Sales Executive. Your main goal is to increase market share by methodically finding new business possibilities, interacting with high-potential clients, presenting customized corporate solutions, and closing high-value sales. As the "Quota Conversion Guardian, " you are in charge of the entire sales process, from the first cold outreach and discovery framing to the final contract signing and strategic pricing negotiation. The ideal applicant is a highly motivated and resilient commercial professional with a rigorous approach to updating Customer Relationship Management CRM infrastructures, assessing competitive environments, and meeting monthly revenue targets. Responsibilities Active Pipeline Sourcing & Lead Generation: Use professional networking, targeted cold calling, and organized email marketing to proactively find, screen, and develop a high-velocity pipeline of new business prospects. Consultative Discovery & ProductPitching: Deliver highly customized, value-driven product presentations and live demos after conducting in-depth discovery discussions with potential clients to identify operational pain points. Strategic Proposal & Commercial Formulation: Create and organize thorough commercial proposals, pricing estimates, and Requests for Proposals RFPs, coordinating package selections with client spending limits and business margin specifications. Value-Driven Transaction Negotiation: Take the lead in contract and pricing talks with client decision-makers, methodically addressing pricing concerns to safeguard average transaction sizes and establish mutually beneficial alliances. CRMLedger & Activity Pipeline Maintenance: Maintain perfect pipeline data by precisely logging and tracking each client encounter, deal advancement phase, and transaction likelihood within the company CRM system. Skills: Consultative Selling & Discovery Mastery: Outstanding ability to ask probing, diagnostic questions that reveal hidden operational problems and shift the focus of discussions from features to business value. CRM Platform Architecture Fluency: The ability to move opportunity cards, log actions, and manage sales funnels within platforms such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM. High-Impact Written and Verbal Articulation: Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills to engage executive decision-makers, make persuasive business pitches, and organize concise proposals. Handling and Negotiating Strategic Objections Resilience: The ability to deal calmly with repeated rejections, transform objections into exploratory loops, and firmly negotiate multi-year agreements.
