Implement engineering controls to prevent structural hazards while leading thorough Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment and Job Safety Analysis profiles throughout all molding cells, raw material drying systems, and tool room maintenance bays. Oversee and implement the plant's structural Permit-to-Work framework, guaranteeing that confined-space entrance regulations, high-voltage maintenance safety boundaries, and Lock-Out/Tag-Out isolations are executed without compromise. Manage hazardous waste disposal manifests, oversee the Sewage/Effluent Treatment Plant, and monitor stack emission metrics in addition to coordinating and filing the required documentation loops for state pollution control boards.
