Your main responsibility as an AR Analyst is to methodically track, mine, model, and evaluate the underlying data patterns behind outstanding, denied, or underpaid claims, whereas an AR Caller leads real-time, telephonic claim settlement. As the "Revenue Leakage Prevention & Cash Flow Optimization Guardian, " you monitor operational performance metrics, identify structural insurance payer bottlenecks, and develop sophisticated corrective action plans by analyzing high-dimensional aging work-lists. Key Duties: Systemic Trend Analysis & Aging Valuation: Using sophisticated data modeling, audit and classify the facility 's aging inventory of accounts receivable to identify trends in late collections. Denial Matrix Diagnostics & Predictive Modeling: Track Denial Adjustment Reason Codes to find systemic core causes while analyzing Electronic Remittance Advice and Benefit Explanation throughout the company. Strategic Action Plan Formulation: Create data-driven preventive and corrective measures for the collection teams, creating worklists that are optimized to maximize profits before claims reach the deadline for timely filing. Payer Performance Auditing & Variances Tracking: To identify systemic underpayments, high rejection rates, or unnotified policy revisions, periodically analyze payer collection data against contract requirements. Cross-Functional Optimization Interlock: Convert analytical insights into operational requirements, working with Front-End Demographics units to remove registration errors and Medical Coding cells to fix recurrent code incompatibilities.
