Explanation of Benefits (EOB) Analysis: Interpret intricate, non-standard handwritten EOB layout sheets from government and commercial payers, recording applied deductibles, contractual adjustments, and net pay-outs. Validation of contractual write-offs: Ensure that insurance changes correspond with contractual fee schedules, carrying out legitimate write-offs while monitoring systemic overpayments or underpayments.
