Material Quarantine & Containment (MRB): Oversee sorting or rework operations, manage red-bin quarantines, and make prompt decisions about non-conforming goods. Required Skills: Plastic Materials & Processing Fluency: Excellent knowledge of engineering plastics (PA6/66, PC, ABS, POM, PBT) and how processing variables affect the quality of the finished product. Precision Metrology & Blueprint Reading: The ability to operate precision laboratory equipment and read intricate 2D engineering drawings, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). Fast-Paced Shop-Floor Troubleshooting: This methodical approach to defect isolation prioritizes rapid containment to protect consumers while systematic root-cause tracking is initiated.
