Sr QA Engineer for QC in Industrial Production Job Description: Responsibilities: Enforce and improve step-by-step product inspection loops throughout multi-machine molding cells using line-side quality engineering governance. New Product & Tooling Qualification: Take the lead in creating and submitting thorough Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation packages, such as Control Plans, Process Flow Charts, and First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR). Root-Cause Diagnosis & Customer Returns Management: Oversee cross-functional engineering problem-solving cycles and prompt containment for customer complaints, using strong resolution frameworks to permanently eradicate faults. Advanced Metrology & Gage Management: Conduct gauge repeatability and reproducibility tests and supervise the programming and use of high-precision inspection equipment, including digital height gauges, optical profile projectors, and coordinate measuring machines. FMEA & Defect Risk Mitigation: Track corrective actions directly onto line standard work and dynamically update and manage Process Failure Mode and Effects Analyses based on internal scrap patterns.
