Key Skills: Excellent Pronunciation and Verbal Articulation: Clear tone of voice, attentive listening, and the ability to clearly express intricate information without resorting to confusing slang. High Emotional Intelligence & De-escalation Power: Excellent psychological fortitude to deal calmly with recurring calls, maintain composure under pressure, and productively handle irate clients. Quick Keyboard Navigation & Multitasking: The capacity to switch between CRM tabs with ease and type precisely at least 30 words per minute while interacting with clients. Problem Isolation & Diagnostic Thinking: Excellent analytical skills to deconstruct ambiguous client complaints into practical, detailed technical or billing solutions.
