Customer Quality and 8D Response Enforcement: Act as the first line of defense for customer complaints by spearheading quick cross-functional engineering teams to contain problems, look into the underlying causes utilizing tools like Fishbone diagrams and 5 Whys, and produce thorough 8D reports. PPAP & APQP ValidationOversight: Review and approve Production Part Approval Process components, such as Process Flow Charts, PFMEAs, Control Plans, and gauge validation parameters, in conjunction with the New Product Introduction and Tooling teams. Material Review Board Governance: Oversee daily MRB reviews to assess quarantined material, establish boundaries for immediate containment, approve rework sequences, and examine scrap patterns to get rid of persistent production waste.
