Your primary mission is to engineer, execute, and safeguard the operational health, calibration, and cyclic reliability of heavy-duty injection moulding machinery transforming complex machine sequences into an uninterrupted, high-efficiency production flow. Acting as the "Machine Asset Anchor," you take direct execution ownership of diagnosing intricate proportional hydraulic valves, troubleshooting programmable logic controller (PLC) logic inputs, replacing heavy screw/barrel modules, and resolving robotic automation faults. Key Skills: Advanced High-Pressure Fluid Power Literacy: Outstanding technical ability to diagnose inner valve leaks or pump performance declines, trace fluid routes, and read intricate hydraulic drawings. Industrial Electronics & Control Controls Competency: Strong ability to navigate PLC diagnostic screens, isolate short circuits, confirm sensor loops, and safely read electrical circuit drawings. Heavy Mechanical Rigging & Machine Assembly Skills: Demonstrated proficiency with heavy precision machine parts, torque sequence execution, and smooth replacement of high-friction mechanical links. Self-contained Root-Cause Toolkits (Fishbone, 5-Whys) Fluency: The methodical discipline to identify the physical or system root cause of an unexpected machine stop, guaranteeing the implementation of long-term corrective action.
