PayerContract Underpayment Auditing: To identify, record, and recover silent underpayments or invalid contractual modifications, cross-reference posted payments against master payer fee schedules and contract provisions. High-Value DisputeStrategy & AppealsArchitecture: Create and implement bulk-dispute strategies and highly structured appeal arguments for complicated, expensive claim denials such as technical line audits, medical necessity issues, or experimental exclusions. Cross-Functional FeedbackLoops: Correct patient intake, registration, or coding practices to prevent front-end rejections by converting complex billing data into understandable, practical root-cause insights for front-end teams.
