Back office and managerial tasks Admin Executive Job Description Experience: 0 to 3 yrs Salary: Based on interview Performance Focus Skills: Facility Operations & Liaison Mechanics: Real-world experience overseeing cleaning procedures, managing office spaces, and communicating with building landlords or local government agencies. Vendor Negotiation & Contract Management: Excellent ability to audit contractor performance, negotiate service criteria, and evaluate offers from commercial vendors. Purchase request, purchase order (PO), invoice verification, and goods receipt notes (GRN) loops are all clearly understood as part of the procurement lifecycle competency. Problem-Solving & Crisis Management: Excellent reaction time and poise to handle urgent workplace crises like plumbing leaks, power outages, or security problems.
