JD: As a CNC Operator in Chennai, your main role will be to set up and operate computer numerical control CNC machines to produce precision parts and products. You will work closely with team members to ensure that machinery is running smoothly and that production targets are met. Key Responsibilities:- Set Up CNC Machines: Prepare CNC machines for operation by installing tools, setting offsets, and ensuring the equipment is clean and ready for use.- Program Machines: Input and modify programs to create specific parts according to technical drawings and specifications.- Monitor Operations: Continuously observe machine performance during operation to detect any issues, ensuring high-quality output and minimal downtime.- Perform Quality Inspections: Conduct regular checks on produced parts to ensure they meet quality standards, using gauges and measuring tools for accuracy.- Maintain Equipment: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to minimize breakdowns and ensure that they are always functioning properly.- Record Production Data: Keep accurate records of production quantities, machine hours, and any issues encountered during the machining process.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a diploma in a relevant field and be eager to learn.
