Data Processing & Transaction Management: Quickly and accurately complete back-office data entry, account verification, document auditing, transaction processing, and database upgrades. Investigate and address customer concerns, billing inconsistencies, account updates, or order exceptions via written channels; escalate complicated instances to specialised backend teams in accordance with established protocols. First Response Time, Average Resolution Time, Process Quality Scores, Error-Free Processing Rates, and Service Level Agreements should all be strictly adhered to. Knowledge Base & Template Utilisation: To guarantee accurate, professional, and consistent written communications across all customer touchpoints, make use of standard answer templates and operational knowledge bases. Focus Skills: Non-Voice Operations & Back-Office Mastery: Extensive knowledge of data entry standards, document verification procedures, back-office transaction processes, chat/email etiquette, and process KPIs. CRM, Ticketing, and Enterprise Software Proficiency: The ability to operate enterprise ERP databases and web applications in addition to CRM and ticketing systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, Jira). Written Communication and Typing Accuracy: Excellent written communication abilities with professional language, solid grammar, active understanding, and a minimum typing speed of 40 to 50 WPM with accuracy.
