Sales Pitching & Product Demonstration: Over the phone, highlight important features, competitive advantages, and ROI benefits in your clear and appealing product value propositions that are suited to the demands of potential customers. Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management: Schedule prompt follow-ups and take precise call notes to keep an orderly CRM/sales pipeline; qualify incoming leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeframe. Objection Handling & Closing: Respond to questions from prospects, resolve price and reluctance objections, negotiate terms within permitted bounds, and obtain qualifying appointments or contract commitments for senior sales teams. Sales Target Execution & Revenue Ownership: Meet or surpass monthly closed-won revenue targets, talk-time benchmarks, daily call volume targets, and booking quotas.
