Voice Process Executive Customer Experience Job Description Who you are: Manages a high volume of customer service inbound calls and conducts structured outbound communications (gathering feedback, following up, and follow-up calls) according to approved call scripts and communication protocols. Diagnosing customer issues, providing accurate product/service information, resolving technical or business issues, and handling complex customer escalations using professional telephone etiquette. Maintain compliance with quality metrics such as Average Handle Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and call structure metrics (answer, acknowledge, resolve, close). Record detailed call summaries, resolution codes, customer updates, and follow-ups in your CRM and ticketing platforms during or immediately after each call. Call analysis and performance monitoring. Track daily call volume metrics, bounce rates, conversion/resolution rates, and error logs using a live daily tracking spreadsheet.
