Maintain complete and up-to-date candidate/lead logs, pipeline stages, conversion notes, and deal values in CRM software. Follow up promptly on inbound inquiries, website leads, and campaign sign-ups to maximize conversion rates. Build strong rapport with prospective clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and a positive brand image during every telephonic touchpoint.
