Tamil Customer Care Executive Inbound Calling & Assist Job Description Duties: Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls fluently in Tamil, answering inquiries, resolving grievances, and explaining product or service details clearly. Provide accurate solutions and guidance to customers by following standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge bases, and call scripts. Log all customer interactions, ticket statuses, case histories, and resolution steps accurately in the CRM system during or immediately after each call. De-escalate customer frustration using active listening, empathy, and professional phone etiquette tailored to Tamil-speaking regions. Collaborate with internal operations, back-office, and technical support teams to resolve complex or escalated customer issues within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Meet and maintain key operational benchmarks, including First Call Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores, and call quality ratings. Translate operational instructions or relay regional customer feedback to management to help improve service delivery Focus Skills: Native or near-native fluency in spoken Tamil with clear pronunciation, correct grammar, and polite tone; working knowledge of English (and optional Hindi/Telugu) for internal reporting. Excellent active listening, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally under fast-paced contact center conditions. Basic computer proficiency, fast data entry/typing speed, and familiarity with web browsers and office tools. Experience with CRM platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce) and telephony systems (Avaya, Ameyo, Vicidial) is preferred.
