IDFC Outbound voice process in Telugu

Process: IDFC Process ( Telugu ) Designation: Business Associate Age Criteria: 18 to 28 yrs. Qualification: Plus two / Diploma /PUC/ any degree (Arrears /Backlogs also applicable) Skills Required: Good/Average English communication with Fluent in Telugu speaking skills Rounds of Interview: HR Interview, Ops interview Shift Timings: 9 am to 6 pm . (Rotational Weekoff) Training Period (Telugu): New joiners would undergo training for 10 days in which training stipend of Rs.1000/- would be provided i.e., (10*100=1000). Training stipend will be applicable only on successful completion of training certification. Salary : For Fresher: 10000 ( Take home) For Experience: 12000 ( Take home) Interview Timings: 9.30am to 3pm IDFC Outbound voice process: Batch Start Date : 10-May-22 Batch count : 10 Please note that we have started conducting interviews in office therefore you can line-up candidates directly to the office and for the selected candidates their work mode will be work from office only.
