In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to banking services, assisting customers with account queries, transactions, loan or card services, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing accurate information while maintaining professionalism and compliance with banking guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer calls related to banking services (savings accounts, loans, credit/debit cards, net banking, etc.). Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries in a professional manner. Assist customers with transactions, complaints, and service requests. Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required. Ensure compliance with bank policies and data security guidelines. Maintain call records, feedback, and daily reports. Meet quality and productivity targets as per process requirements. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline). Basic knowledge of banking products and services preferred. Ability to handle customer queries with patience and empathy. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
