Admin Executive or Office Assistant Job description Should be good in coordination and customer complaint handling.Candidate should be excellent in communication. Regular pending order follow up. Keeping track on PDC's clearance & Outstanding dues. Product Inventory Planning. Analysis of Stock & Sales order statement for better product movement(like instruments/machines movement, Spare parts movement & stock management, quotation follow up, etc ). Customer Data, AMC data etc Compilation. Prepare invoices, follow-up receivables and any other branch work as assigned.
