WALK IN HR Executive MBA Fresher or Experienced Job Description We are looking for a Human Resource executive - A fresher with a Graduation and Post Graduation in Business Management specializing in Human Resource management. Job Roles & Responsibilities : Excellent Communication is needed. Assist the Manager with the Recruitment process. Using Job Portal Platforms like Naukri, Indeed and etc., Scheduling the Interview and screening processes (Direct and Telephonic) Handling Entry level and Mid Level employees Onboarding and Exit Processes. Documenting the Telephone calls received regarding the Consumer, Customer, and Interview candidates. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 12k - 15k per month Interview Timings: 9.00 AM - 4.00 PM Ability to commute/relocate: Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Language: English (Required) Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Schedule: Morning shift Experience: Freshers and (2 years Experience) Language: English (Preferred) Speak with the employer
