Job Description
Key Responsibilities:As a BD, you will be at the forefront of GrayQuest s growth in your assigned region. Your role will encompass:- Expanding Partnerships: Drive the acquisition of educational institutions (K-12 schools, universities, colleges) and grow our footprint in the region.- Sales Leadership: Set up and own the sales process in your region, leading the conceptual selling of our financial solutions to education partners.- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a clear roadmap for growing partnerships and achieving aggressive acquisition targets.- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at educational institutions to secure long-term collaborations.- Revenue Generation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to activate partnerships and generate revenue from them.- Forecasting & Achievement: Own the sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenues, and achieve targets consistently.- Team Building: Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team to support the region s growth ambitions.
