Job Description
Key Responsibilities :1) Business Development & Strategy:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.- Develop and execute growth strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.2) Client Acquisition & Relationship Management :- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new deals.- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts to ensure client satisfaction.3) Sales & Revenue Growth :- Develop and manage a sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.4) Proposal & Contract Development :- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts.- Work with legal and finance teams to ensure deals are compliant and profitable.5) Collaboration & Team Coordination :- Partner with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align on business goals.- Provide feedback on market needs to help refine product or service offerings.6) Reporting & Analysis :- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including revenue growth and client acquisition.- Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.- Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and strategy.
