Job Description Job Attributes:Job Title : Key Accounts Manager - B2B Sales Location : Chennai % Travel : 20% - 25%No. of working days per week : 6 daysJob Purpose:As Key Accounts Manager - B2B Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote medical education programs and initiatives under the Apollo Simulation Centre banner. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing campaigns, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders/prospects to drive enrollment and participation in Simulation-based learning courses. Your role helps in the growth of the Apollo Simulation Center as a key revenue stream for Apollo Knowledge.Key Market Development:- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitors, and trends in medical education and simulation training.
-Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and print materials, to identify, convert potential participants effectively.- Develop and Execute Sales Plans & Strategies: - Create comprehensive business plans for different target segments of simulation training led courses/programmes in Medical Education.
-Prioritize, focus and develop Key Account mapping and strategies for rigorous execution.
-To drive admissions/enrolment strategy by building right partners and capability.
-Drive institutional/B2B tie ups through MoU s etc., for learning courses.
-To scale up and expand program/course offerings by working with stakeholders within & outside Apollo GroupCustomer Connect & Engagement: - Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in healthcare professionals, medical institution administrators/heads and other influencers to promote collaboration and participation in medical education programs.
-Attend conferences and networking events to represent the organization and expand its network.Essential Skills, Qualifications & Critical Experiences: - Post-graduate qualification in Healthcare Marketing or Business Management would be an added advantage.
-Significant (Minimum 10 years) and proven experience in the medical education, healthcare or skilling industry.
-Ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary, cross-functional environment.
-People, Sales Leadership and Stakeholder Management skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively. (ref:updazz.com)
