Required Abilities: Excellent communication both written and verbal in English and Tamil and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with our diverse workforce in Chennai. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with an understanding of local cultural sensitivities. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, respecting local privacy norms.
