Sales Executive Field Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation:

• Identify and approach new prospects in assigned territories through cold calls, door-to-door visits, and networking.
• Pitch and sell company products/services based on customer needs and business goals.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to close deals effectively.

2. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Provide excellent post-sale support and address client concerns or feedback.
• Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover upselling opportunities.

3. Product Knowledge and Presentation:

• Understand and effectively present the features, advantages, and benefits of products or services.
• Conduct product demonstrations, distribute samples, or provide technical information when needed.
• Stay updated with new product developments and competitor activities.

4. Territory Management:

• Plan daily routes and optimize time to cover assigned zones effectively.
• Monitor competitor activity in the field and report insights to the sales manager.
• Maintain detailed records of visits, interactions, and outcomes using CRM or reporting tools.

5. Sales Reporting and Documentation:

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and activity logs.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rate, sales volume, and client retention.
• Ensure all sales documents (quotes, invoices, contracts) are completed accurately and submitted on time.

6. Collaboration and Strategy:

• Collaborate with marketing, distribution, and logistics teams for smooth order processing and fulfillment.
• Participate in team meetings, training programs, and promotional events.
• Suggest improvements in sales strategy based on customer feedback and market trends.
