Responsibilities: Oversee the hiring process from start to finish, including posting jobs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and choosing candidates. Act as the employee 's point of contact for questions and issues, responding to them promptly and competently. Help with the performance management system 's administration and installation. Keep track of staff training records and assess how well training programs are working. Help with the management of benefits and payroll initiatives. Contribute to the creation, execution, and dissemination of HR policies and procedures. Keep HR databases and employee records current and correct. Encourage staff feedback and communication channels. Qualification: Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and Indian labor laws. Excellent communication both written and verbal and interpersonal skills in English and preferably Tamil. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
