Required Inside Sales - Mumbai

1. Handle inquiries received through phone (toll-free), web, and email
2. Generate and qualify leads through outbound cold calling
3. Manage to convince the parents/potential customers to visit the school premises from where the relationship team shall take over
4. Follow up on no-show cases
5. Make post-school visit calls to the same parents /potential customers to enquire about their experience and check if all doubts were well catered
6. Manage up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within the group (as and when the group is ready)
7. Ensure 100% capturing of potential parent interaction data in ERP and generate related reports
