Deconstruct - Customer Service Role (2-5 Yrs) Bangalore (After-Sales/Customer Service)

Responsibilities :- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and engagement to understand their needs and preferences.- Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, chats, emails, and social media, to generate leads and drive new business opportunities.- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers to showcase the features and benefits of our products or services.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to reach target customers and achieve sales targets- Track and report on sales activities, including lead generation, pipeline development, and sales performance metrics, using CRM software.- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team on customer needs, preferences, and market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a sales and marketing role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers.- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term customer relationships.- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges and objections.- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.
