Answer customer inquiries over the phone in a professional and informative manner. Collect necessary information from customers accurately and efficiently. Schedule appointments for bank representatives to meet with interested customers. Qualification: Clear and professional phone etiquette. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Ability to understand customer needs and tailor communication accordingly. Basic knowledge of banking products and services is preferred but not always mandatory.
