Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Prospecting:
    Identify and target potential clients within your assigned geographic area through various means, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships. Provide ongoing support and follow-up services to clients post-sale.
  • Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:
    Conduct in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Highlight the features, benefits, and advantages of the products or services offered.
  • Negotiation & Closing Sales:
    Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and meet targets. Ensure all sales transactions are completed smoothly and in compliance with company policies and pricing guidelines.
  • Market Research & Reporting:
    Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Provide valuable feedback and insights to the sales team and management. Submit regular sales reports and update CRM systems with detailed client information and sales activity.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
    Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management. Actively drive sales initiatives and strategies to achieve and surpass goals.
  • Product Knowledge:
    Continuously improve your knowledge of the company s products and services. Attend training sessions, product launches, and briefings to stay up to date on any new offerings.
  • Customer Service & Support:
    Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure that clients receive exceptional service. Provide solutions that meet customer needs and foster long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with Team Members:
    Work closely with other members of the sales and marketing teams to share leads, insights, and ideas. Assist in marketing initiatives and promotional activities as required.
  • CRM & Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Document sales calls, meetings, and any changes in client requirements or opportunities.
  • Territory Management:
    Manage your designated territory efficiently, ensuring all potential clients are visited regularly, and business development opportunities are maximized.
