Job Description
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Executive at Combine Design located in Bengaluru. Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling design services.
Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, field visits, and social media platforms.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored product or service solutions.
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing or customer inquiries and convert them into successful deals.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to increase client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and address any concerns or inquiries promptly.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

3. Product Knowledge & Demonstration

  • Develop a deep understanding of company products/services and stay updated with new offerings or changes.
  • Conduct presentations, demos, or site visits to explain features, benefits, and use cases to prospective clients.
  • Assist customers in product selection based on their specific requirements and budget.

4. Sales Target Achievement

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the management.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize revenue and client acquisition.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and pipeline reports regularly.

5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Gather feedback from customers and share insights with product and marketing teams.
  • Suggest product improvements or new service offerings based on customer feedback and market gaps.

6. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, contracts, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a detailed record of all customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Submit daily/weekly reports and attend review meetings with the sales manager or team leader.
