Responsibilities: Accurately gather, validate, and process employee data pertaining to pay, benefits, and deductions. Make that the monthly payroll is calculated accurately and on time, taking into account all statutory requirements as well as salaries, allowances, and deductions PF, ESI, PT, income tax, etc.. Handle complete and final settlements for resigned or fired workers, making sure that all figures are correct and that payments are made on schedule. Manage all statutory deductions and remittances, such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other relevant taxes, making sure that returns are filed on time and that deadlines are met. Create and send out accurate paystubs, payroll reports, and other payroll-related paperwork to staff members.
