You will be responsible for managing various HR functions, contributing to a positive work environment, and ensuring the effective management of our most valuable asset &ndash our employees. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles, Indian labor laws, and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Responsibilities Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indian labor laws and company culture. Handle recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging integration into the company. Administer employee benefits programs and address employee queries related to benefits. Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR-related documentation. Skills: Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and Indian labor laws. Excellent communication both written and verbal and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil essential. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
