Job Title : Senior Sales ExecutiveLocation : BengaluruExperience : Minimum 3 years in the mobile phone industryJob Type : Full-timeNo. of openings : 2, Preferred Male candidatesCTC : 6 Lakhs per annumKey Responsibilities :- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.- Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our refurbished mobile phones.- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and drive lead generation.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to management.- Mentor and support junior sales staff, sharing best practices and enhancing team performance.Preferred Qualifications :- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, specifically within the mobile phone industry.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Strong understanding of the mobile phone market, including trends and customer preferences.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
