Pre Sales Executive

Sobha Limited for sales opening as Pre Sales Executive. We do have an immediate requirement for our sales department for the position of Pre Sales Executive. Please find the responsibilities for the following positions below: -
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Understand and closely analyze the customer 's requirements.
2. Ensure timely updates on the sales pipeline on the system. Submit any other reports and updates as required by the reporting manager.
3. Follow-up with customers, regular follow-up & achieving high conversions.
4. Coordinating with sales team for site visits and updating & maintaining reports in excel.
5. Responsible for the entire pre-sales function, from lead handling to ensuring site visits.
6. Attending inbound calls and making outbound calls.
7. Leads Generated through various marketing activities and providing them necessary project details over email or WhatsApp.
8. Pitching unique features of the project/product to potential customers.
9. Resolve all project-related inquiries and ensure cent percent customer satisfaction.
10. Expanding outreach to customers by successfully executing cross-selling initiatives.
