Required Sales Associate - Bangalore

As a Sales Associate, you ll be the bridge between Aatm Nirbhar and the women we aim to empower. Your role will be dynamic, combining people skills, problem-solving, and purpose-driven work.
Responsibilities

• Connect with potential leads via outbound calls and convert them into course enrolments.
• Maintain daily records of customer attendance and payment updates in our system.
• Follow up on pending payments and ensure zero outstanding dues.
• Assign appropriate trainers to customers and monitor their progress through the training journey.
• Collect and record valuable feedback from customers to improve our services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training runs smoothly.
• Occasionally visit training centers to support and oversee on-ground activities.
• Recruit qualified scooty trainers to meet growing training needs.
• Manage trainer payouts and maintain operational expense records.
• Share payment invoices with customers and ensure all training information is up to date.

Skills & Qualities

• Education: Bachelor s degree or diploma
• Experience: 1-3 years in coordination, operations, or similar roles.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication in Kannada, English & Hindi.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office, Google Suite, and basic data tools.
• Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic, solution-oriented, and a team player.
